What are Hot Sheets and How to Add Them to Your Website

Posted by Brian Lim on Mar 28, 2019 4:00:00 AM

Hot sheets are a catalog of listings in your MLS. Real estate agents should be leveraging hot sheets on their website to provide a better experience for their visitors. Generally, a “better experience” means being able to navigate to the information that they’re searching for using minimal clicks. You can use hot sheets for cities, neighborhoods, price, time on the market, and more.

How to create a hot sheet on your PropertyPulse website:

  1. Do a home search with specified criteria (ie: by neighborhood)
  2. Copy the link
  3. Add the link to the homepage of your website with a picture
  4. Add to your navigation bar

  5. Post to Facebook
  6. Optional: Add lead capture
