You already know the basic demographics of your ideal buyer. Now you can simply seek them out. Unlike the days of placing a newspaper ad and hoping for the best, now you can target your audience so that you are spending your advertising money to its fullest. You can control details like age, income, geographical location and other specific details that will help get your listing in front of ideal buyers.

2. Home Buying is Social

Scroll through your timeline on an average day and you are likely to see someone moving, selling or buying a home. When it comes to real estate, we are typically emotional.
